New Horizons Aviation at the Kendallville Municipal Airport, Kendallville, IN, is excited to announce two significant changes that have taken place during the winter months.  First, New Horizons Aviation was been approved as a Part 141 Flight School by the Federal Aviation Association.  This allows New Horizons’ flight students to achieve their dream of obtaining their instrument and commercial ratings in a reduced number of flight hours, thus saving money.  This approval will also allow Veterans to use their VA benefits for flight training at Kendallville.  The second addition involves the purchase of a Cessna 172R with GPS, Autopilot and a 180 HP engine upgrade for rental and flight training.  New Horizons Aviation provides aircraft maintenance, fueling and flight training for Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine, Certified Flight Instructor, Airline Transport Pilot Ratings, and glider training and can be reached at 260-347-9260 or by e-mail at kendallville@flynewhorizons.com.  As always, training and airplane rental are also available at our Goshen Municipal Airport location.
